We're looking for a talented Junior Product Developer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with our product development team to create youthful and edgy products that appeal to fashion-conscious young women between 15-21 years old.

As a Junior Product Developer, you will be responsible for driving work towards our production team, organizing and executing the product development method, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial and profitable retail products
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and suppliers to source materials and negotiate prices
  • Work closely with the product development team to develop new products and improve existing ones
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in textile, buying, or retail business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or related field
  • Fashion product/component knowledge and understanding of current trends
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A flexible mindset with a focus on short-term and long-term goals
