Job Description:

As a Commercial Advisor, you will provide expert commercial guidance to deliver business value throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage complex procurement initiatives to secure advantageous terms.
  2. Negotiate with external partners to optimize ongoing relationships.
  3. Screen and collaborate with potential partners to drive growth and innovation.
  4. Develop and secure business cases with product leaders.
  5. Establish strategic commercial models to serve business objectives.
  6. Define and implement parameters for optimal partner portfolio management.
  7. Perform risk management for partner and vendor contracts.
  8. Challenge existing commercial models and suggest new strategies.
  9. Lead deal-making processes, including RFP and tendering.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product domains through supplier and market analyses.
  11. Monitor and act on spend analyses to drive business value.
