Commercial Advisor
Job Description:As a Commercial Advisor, you will provide expert commercial guidance to deliver business value throughout the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex procurement initiatives to secure advantageous terms.
- Negotiate with external partners to optimize ongoing relationships.
- Screen and collaborate with potential partners to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop and secure business cases with product leaders.
- Establish strategic commercial models to serve business objectives.
- Define and implement parameters for optimal partner portfolio management.
- Perform risk management for partner and vendor contracts.
- Challenge existing commercial models and suggest new strategies.
- Lead deal-making processes, including RFP and tendering.
- Stay up-to-date on product domains through supplier and market analyses.
- Monitor and act on spend analyses to drive business value.
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with ability to connect business objectives to actions.
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Effective communication and influence skills.
- Ability to set plans and bring others along.
