About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our expanding team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with OEM clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation. Identify and source potential customers using various methods, including cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and leveraging existing lead databases.
  • Qualifying Leads. Determine if generated leads are a good fit for our software, understanding their needs, budget, authority to make decisions, and level of interest.
  • Outbound Outreach. Engage in outbound communication with potential leads via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce our software, educate, and gauge interest.
  • Product Knowledge. Develop a deep understanding of our industry and products, articulating their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Building Relationships. Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, engage in meaningful conversations, address questions and concerns, and build rapport.
  • Appointment Setting. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations with qualified leads for our sales team, providing opportunities to close deals and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Consistent Follow-Up. Stay in touch with potential customers, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
  • Customer Management via CRM software (HubSpot). Lead tracking and management, maintaining up-to-date data and tracking metrics such as lead generation, conversion rate, and appointments scheduled.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Sales experience and lead generation in a SaaS sales context is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starting attitude, grit, and determination to succeed.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect with others in a short period and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Native in one of the Nordic languages and proficient in Business English.
