Business Development Representative

Sherpany, the Swiss market leader for meeting management software, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and getting them excited about our meeting management solution.
Key Responsibilities• Identify decision-makers via various channels and make initial contact with them
• Coordinate follow-up meetings between the sales executive and the outbound / inbound leads you have qualified
• Maintain the data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes
• Participate in other sales and marketing activities, such as trade fairs
Requirements• Passionate about sales and experience in a similar Sales role
• Fluent in Swedish and good level of English
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convince people over the phone
• Positive mindset and resilient attitude to turn problems into opportunities
• Result-driven and independent with excellent organisational skills
