About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our SDR team and drive results. As a Sales Development Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. You'll have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading a sales team
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing sales data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Swedish a plus
