Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our Grocery Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with Enterprise-level grocery partners.
As a Sales Team Lead, you will engage in medium-complex business-level discussions with owners and C-level executives, leveraging data and insights to drive business growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations, to build a winning proposition for the market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in solution sales, business development, and negotiation. You will be a natural 'hunter' with excellent communication and networking skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Create a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.
- Lead by example in demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.
- Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships at store and enterprise levels.
- Actively build relationships with key grocery merchants to position Wolt as a partner of choice.
- Participate in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt's market penetration.
- Make sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
- Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition.
- Identify and implement suitable OKRs for the local Grocery Team.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help team grow and develop.
- Proven success as a Sales team lead with experience in solution sales, business development, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills and positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Natural 'hunter' with excellent communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent analytical skills, including translating data into actions and analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience from FMCG, SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales is a big advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
