Det viktigaste för oss är vem du är, inte vad du har gjort tidigare. Kanske har du en längre erfarenhet av försäljning och som säljledare eller en bakgrund av att ha varit delaktig och engagerad i lagsport en längre tid. Men du har en naturlig fallenhet för att leda och coacha andra som kommer från ditt genuina intresse för människor och deras utveckling. Du tror på ett öppet, empatiskt och närvarande ledarskap.
Rollen
Som Team Lead kommer du att
- Leda och ha personalansvar över säljteamet på 15 personer.
- Skapa en säljkultur där alla känner sig motiverade, engagerade och har verktygen för att nå sin fulla potential.
- Coacha teamet samt ge operativt stöd i deras säljprocesser, med fokus på aktiviteter via telefon och att ständigt höja ribban för prestation.
- Vara en del av ett dynamiskt och stöttande team av ledare, där ni tillsammans utvecklar strategier för framgång.
- Arbeta nära andra avdelningar och ledning för att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och bygga starka kundrelationer.
Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med både säljare och ledning inom den nordiska organisationen med fokus att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer. Du kommer att ha ett särskilt nära samarbete med vår andra Team Lead på säljavdelningen och Head of Sales & Remarketing Nordics, som du också rapporterar till.
