Lead Sales Strategist for Northern Europe's Parts and Services

We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Strategist to drive profitable sales of parts and services within our organization in Northern Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, combined with a few years of experience within sales management, preferably from the mining and construction industry. They should be familiar with complex service operations and possess knowledge of EHS practices.
This role involves developing and implementing key account plans and strategies, leading sales management, and providing feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
You will be responsible for driving improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business, conducting competitor analysis, and identifying actions needed to develop sales opportunities.
In addition, you will engage and participate in discussions and decisions for other functions as a member of the Sales Area Management team. This position requires fluency in English, both verbal and written.
About Your Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement key account plans and strategies to drive profitable sales of parts and services.
- Lead sales management and provide feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
- Drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities.
- Engage and participate in discussions and decisions for other functions as a member of the Sales Area Management team.

A salary range of approximately 800,000 - 1,200,000 SEK per year is expected based on the location, job description, and required skills and qualifications.
