Commercial Business Intelligence Analyst Northern Europe

At Qatar Airways, we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey to revolutionize our customer interactions. As part of this journey, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) Analyst to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
This role will be responsible for supporting the Northern Europe Region, encompassing Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, and Russia. You will play a crucial role in analyzing traffic segments, distribution channels, and travel agencies to drive Qatar Airways' market share and revenue goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing traffic segments, distribution channels, and travel agencies to drive Qatar Airways' market share and revenue goals.
- Executing tactics to drive near-term demand.
- Executing and measuring structural strategies, such as agency incentives.
- Slicing revenue and market data to identify improvement opportunities for campaigns, structural fare products, and incentive programs.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive tactical and structural initiatives.
- Communicating with local offices and head office to deliver initiatives.
- Structuring and executing end-to-end campaigning initiatives and business cases; maintaining campaign calendars.
- Identifying market opportunities through internal and external analysis and defining actions to generate incremental revenue.
- Reviewing market trends and defining mitigating and/or stimulating actions if performance deteriorations are identified.
- Providing analyst commentary on portfolio, market, and route performance.
- Identifying business trends using real data, compiling analysis reports that are delivered to senior management; calibrating those where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- Relevant experience ideally within Aviation or the travel industry, managing and analyzing voluminous data.
- Solid experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management.
- PC literate with advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
You must also have the current legal right to live and work in Sweden to be considered for this role.
