Role Background

Wolt Sweden is embarking on an exciting new chapter and is seeking a seasoned Commercial Leader to spearhead its growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key member of the Leadership Team will be responsible for driving commercial and expansion strategies, developing and executing plans to grow Wolt's venue portfolio, and leading sales efforts in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive portfolio growth and expand Wolt's business in the market, including pipeline management.
  • Owning the venue portfolio development strategy, evaluating market potential, identifying gaps, and adapting plans as needed.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets across sales focus areas, key account development, and new market opportunities.
  • Leading the sales and account management team, fostering a best-in-class approach, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Development teams to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Partnering with enterprise accounts and multinational partnerships to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with the Leadership Team to drive overall business strategies and team well-being.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of managing commercial teams and leading from the front.
    • Excellent analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making and sales metric analysis.
    • Experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry, with a strong understanding of the food delivery tech market and competitive landscape.
    • Strong local connections and passion for sales and networking.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish.
