IT Commodity Strategist

We are seeking an IT Commodity Strategist to join our IT Sourcing & Vendor Management team. As an IT Commodity Strategist, you will be responsible for analyzing IT systems and services, managing relations with stakeholders and vendors, and developing strategies to optimize software spend and renewals.

Your primary focus will be on the Software commodity, but you may also work on other areas such as network and infrastructure services. You will lead sourcing assignments in close collaboration with stakeholders, review and optimize software spend and renewals, and be responsible for spend analysis, relationship governance, commodity strategies, and more.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in software sourcing. You may also come from an IT sales background with expertise in negotiations and IT industry knowledge.
• You hold a University degree and are fluent in English.
• You have a thorough understanding of the IT industry and solid business acumen.
• You're a great negotiator and communicator, able to build meaningful relationships and shape impactful agreements with vendors.

This role is based in Sweden, with our base in Huskvarna. However, we consider other locations such as Stockholm and Gothenburg for the right candidate.

The estimated salary for this role is around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
