Technical Sales Lead for Ophthalmic Solutions in Sweden

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technology Manager Surgical Sales to oversee our IOL portfolio in Sweden. In this role, you will be trusted to collaborate with Account Managers, strategic, and Pricing teams to provide tailored customer solutions. You will also showcase your expertise in our products' benefits, develop new business with customers, and maintain existing relationships. Additionally, you will follow and report on competitor activities, generate leads for Alcon diagnostic devices, and support sales teams with technical consultancy in assigned accounts.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region and takes into account the cost of living in Sweden. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the surgical environment or other industries.
- Deep knowledge of all IOLs, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and strong logical and analytical skills.
