Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Health Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our digital health products and services, contributing to the advancement of healthcare technology. You will work closely with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct sales of Baxter's Digital solution ICNET and deliver annual sales revenue target for your territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from prospect through to contracting
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding customer needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet client requirements
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of digital sales experience
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
  • Good knowledge of Healthcare IT and experience selling into this arena is preferred
  • Able to identify buying and decision-making processes, successfully bringing the sales cycle to a close in both analog and digital settings
  • Possessing negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Able to manage long sales cycles and multiple opportunities
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills, ability to travel
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
