Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from prospect to client
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their pain points, and present the value of Verve's solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, meetings, and other lead-generation activities
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our clients
  • Track and report on sales performance, activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in media agency, digital advertising, or AdTech
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to sell at C-level
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory (Norwegian or Danish is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience
