We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Advertiser Solutions for our Nordics region to help support existing agency relationships and develop PubMatic PMP adoption across agencies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of PubMatic's product, inventory, and audiences available across our publisher and data partner portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and utilize relationships within the agency to understand and drive PMP adoption.
- Receive, understand, and react to 'deal' briefs from buyers – developing and building packages* that meet their requirements.
- Communicate the PMP needs and support Ad Solutions, Client services, and publisher teams in Central and Nordic Region.
- 3+ years of experience in digital sales, planning, trading, or investment units at a publisher, advertising agency, or programmatic tech company.
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Existing relationships across holding companies.
- Experience directly supporting either supply or demand side clients (including publishers, agencies, brands direct, DSP's) as well as internal teams covering Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success.
- Strong experience with Excel and analyzing data sets to provide recommendations back to clients or internal teams.
- Swedish language mandatory.
- The Central and Nordics Ad Solutions team members – deeply understanding their buyer portfolio and subsequent needs, including media planning.
- The EMEA Audience Encore team – gaining a deep understanding of audience segments provided by data partners and working with both teams to prioritize relevant audience segments for onboarding and promotion.
- The EMEA Customer Success team – ensuring that the most relevant inventory is packaged and promoted to internal and external customers.
- The EMEA Pub Dev team – acting as an information source to ensure publisher development efforts focus on securing the most in-demand publisher portfolio.
- The CSOM team – actively reviewing performance of packages and refining future offerings based on knowledge.
