About this opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Sales Manager to join our Getinge Digital Health Solutions team. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Sterile Supply Management portfolio and developing business strategies that align with our company's ambitions.

In this role, you will work closely with our business development team to develop and execute global business strategies, drive sales growth, and support the establishment of new markets. You will also be responsible for governance, development, and execution of the Global DHS business strategies and driving the DHS - Sterile Supply Management growth agenda.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the Go2Market strategy for DHS - Sterile Supply Management in collaboration with the business development team
  • Market intelligence and support in clear market segmentation, leading to design initiatives to beat the competition
  • Support in closing big sales projects together with the DHS Sales Manager - Tender support
  • Developing and implementing sales initiatives, working closely with the DHS business development team
  • Driving best practice sharing across the globe to drive profitable growth for Sterile Supply Management
  • Governing product portfolio in collaboration with the business development team
  • Supporting Value Based Pricing (VBP) project
  • Supporting the Senior Director Digital Health Solutions Global Commercial Operations in reviewing monthly regional order intake and revenue forecasts (pipeline management)
  • Integrated margin management for DHS - Sterile Supply Management & deal design support
  • Point of contact for the business development and global marketing teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT, or equivalent
  • Proven sales executive with 5-10 years' experience in the Hospital IT landscape
  • Strong leadership skills, preferably from a matrix organization
  • Good experience in Sales Force and Sales Funnel
  • Proven business and result-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Experience of public affair processes is an advantage
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and familiarity with Customer Management Tools (CRM) tools
