Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and research prospective customers, building positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor information to contacts within the organisation to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for customers and accounts, providing recommendations and support to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities to ensure targets are met, establishing annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritising activities.
  • Coach other sales representatives on the technical aspects of our products and services, supporting them to achieve their objectives.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Well-established network with contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured individual with excellent presentation skills and charisma.
  • Ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability.
  • Relevant technical education is an added benefit.
