Strategic Account Manager

At AVL List Nordiska AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing business with our key customers in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Relevant education in engineering or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment.
- Experience in e-mobility and test methods in the electrification context is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
