Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Ticketmaster Sverige AB. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and client engagements
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Ticketmaster remains competitive

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of documented sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the ticketing industry and its trends
