Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure executive-level sponsorship and support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate concerns to the full account team, sales management, and other stakeholders.
- Research and analyze customer data to develop in-depth knowledge of their business, including their problems, goals, needs, competitors, and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field with 2+ years of successful technical sales experience.
- General knowledge of competitors and account ecosystem.
- Fluent in English and local language of the territory.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
