Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Overview:
Lenovo is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Nordic Mid-Market team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and retention of midsize private sector customers in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers, focusing on both current and new acquisition opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with accounts across Sweden, ensuring consistent follow-up and managing client needs and expectations.
- Customer Onboarding: Onboard and empower both existing and new acquisition customers, assisting partners with a winning strategy while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy: Strategize and execute commercial activities tailored to individual accounts, including discussions on new product launches and effective merchandising.
- Collaboration: Foster executive-level collaborations between partners and customers to enhance business synergy.
- Market Growth: Design and implement strategic business plans to expand Lenovo's market presence, staying updated on market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities across diverse business partner channels, capitalizing on our channel incentive programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred;
- Fluent in Swedish and English, good communication skills;
- Customer-service oriented, taking a client-centric approach to every interaction;
- Comfortable interacting frequently with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborative and ready for a challenge;
