Music Partnerships Account Manager

As a key player in Epidemic Sound's Music department, this role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with leading digital music platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the music industry, specifically in the areas of sales strategy, platform performance, and complex analytical tasks. A proven track record of growing revenues through key account management is essential, as well as experience working with TikTok and YouTube.
This full-time position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Music Partnerships. The salary for this role is estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring maximum impact of our releases on the platforms
- Pitch and promote our catalog in line with department and overall company strategy
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver according to deal terms and meet set goals
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices within the field
- Maintain strong knowledge of the streaming landscape and communicate information internally
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the music industry, including sales strategy and platform performance
- 5+ years industry experience, with 2+ years working in a similar position with TikTok/Bytedance and/or YouTube
- Proven track record of growing revenues through key account management
- In-depth knowledge of a broad range of musical genres
- Solid understanding of sales strategy and how it can be used to strengthen platform performance
