Position Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Mobility initiatives in the Nordic countries.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our relationships with fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  2. Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Fleet Mobility sector in the Nordic markets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a significant advantage.
