Regional Sales Director

About the Opportunity
This is a highly visible leadership position within the region, focused on leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives who sell Workday's applications into Net New Large Enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS market, with experience of driving account development, pipeline generation activities, and managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
About You
- A successful track record as a first or second line leader, ideally focused on new business acquisition
- Experience from the SaaS industry and working within the business applications or digital transformation space
- Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong skills in English and native level fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages
