Sales Director

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Land Sales team in the Nordics. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
The Role:
The Sales Director will manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, value engineering, and business development teams, to develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
The Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the Nordics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and one of the Nordic languages
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and approach challenges with a growth mindset
