Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth and strategy of our Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for positioning our lighting brands in the market and increasing market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial resources allocated to the region and team.
  • Position our lighting brands in the market and increase market share.
  • Reach sales and profit targets and maximize sustainable profitable growth in the region.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers and team members in the region.
  • Take an active role in managing major customers and projects within the region.
  • Foster international exchange with different business functions and customers.
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of our global sales strategy.
  • Support and communicate company decisions and processes.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the management team.
  • Coordinate performance and talent development of direct and indirect reports.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of growing business, sales, and profits.
  • Strong senior leadership skills with a focus on people and culture.
  • Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar and extensive Nordic market knowledge.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Experience of working with change management and driving change.
  • Based in Stockholm or surrounding areas.
  • Will to travel nationally and internationally regularly.
