Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Manager to join our team at Linde. As a key member of our IT management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the idea phase with the Business and positioning yourself at the center of new business demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capturing new potentials and ensuring that pre-studies and projects are steered and executed in an optimal way.
  • Overseeing the portfolio of initiatives and being a key person and go-to individual for stakeholders in the business.
  • Interacting, partnering, and working with business representatives and peers in other parts of Linde.
  • Reporting to the Director of IT and being part of the IT management team in Region Europe North (REN).
Requirements
  • Academic level of education, possibly a degree in IT or other relevant education.
  • Good knowledge of work processes in large/global companies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • A business-oriented mindset and a curious approach.
  • Strong technology awareness and prior experiences.
  • Several years of experience leading IT-projects and methodologies supporting a successful PMO.
  • Proven track record and personal abilities based on the above competences and responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written.
