Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Account Manager will oversee the strategic performance of our Restaurant Partnerships across Skåne. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Restaurant Associates and Specialists to drive growth and improve venue performance.
Key Accountabilities- Drive and manage growth of current venues by improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.
- Take ownership of the relationship from contract signing, overseeing successful onboarding and training of restaurant partners with Restaurant Associates.
- Use data to optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as menus and kitchen processes for delivery.
- Apply an effective restaurant tiering approach to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
- Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
- Conduct renegotiations with venues alongside RPMs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
- Travel 25% of the time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Team lead experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience with analytics platforms or strong CRM or Excel skills is a plus.
- Previous experience with regional new sales responsibility is a plus.
- Experience with OKRs and independently setting KPIs for a team is a plus.
