Restaurant Partnership Manager

The purpose of this role is to oversee the strategic performance of our restaurant partnerships in Skåne. As a key member of our team, you will lead and coach a team of Restaurant Associates and Specialists, driving growth and improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.
  • Take ownership of the relationship from contract signing, overseeing successful onboarding and training of restaurant partners with Restaurant Associates.
  • Use data to optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as menus and kitchen processes for delivery.
  • Apply an effective restaurant tiering approach to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
  • Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
  • Conduct renegotiations with venues alongside RPMs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  • Travel 25% of the time.
Requirements
  • Previous Account Management experience.
  • Team lead experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Experience with analytics platforms or strong CRM or Excel skills is a plus.
  • Previous role with regional new sales responsibility is a plus.
  • Experience with OKRs and independently setting KPIs for a team is a plus.
