Job Responsibilities
  • You will develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for the DACH region that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
  • You will develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with partners in the region
  • You will develop and execute demand generation marketing programs, including third-party hosted events, internal portfolio hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing
  • You will forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results and optimizing as needed
  • You will own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs that penetrate key accounts in the region
  • You will maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners
Requirements
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a high-performance marketing department
  • You possess strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
  • You have the ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
  • You have a strong affinity to the German software market, in addition to the Austrian and Swiss markets
  • You have excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting
  • You are a German native speaker and fluent in English
