Field Sales and Training Manager

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales and Training Manager to lead our commercial and training efforts in the Nordic Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retail and service excellence across our stores, building high-performing teams, and maintaining service excellence across unstaffed distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead commercial leadership of the area, owning retail forecasts and performance, and identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Operational Marketing, Commercial, and Store Leaders to unlock opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury.
- Set standards across the estate for executional excellence, supporting the development of processes and working cross-functionally to improve brand presentation and NPD moments in store.
- Work with the commercial team to shape the P&L of the region, driving retail performance, availability, and investment choices to deliver the best possible return on investment.
- Build high-performing teams to achieve retail and service expectations, identifying and recruiting industry-leading talent, setting clear direction, and motivating and inspiring the team to deliver and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Maintain service excellence across unstaffed distribution, creating and leading the service strategy, championing customer needs, and delivering inspirational events and masterclasses.
- Fluent English and fluent local language Swedish; additional languages advantageous.
- Must be able to travel within the Nordic region.
- Previous experience in a similar field management or multi-site role, with proven experience of building talent and managing P&Ls.
