Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales & Training Manager role is a key position within Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, responsible for leading a defined area of stores to deliver retail and service expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading commercial leadership of the area, owning retail forecasts and performance, and identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and performance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Operational Marketing, Commercial, and Store Leaders to unlock opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury.
  • Setting standards across the estate for executional excellence, supporting the development of processes, and working cross-functionally to improve brand presentation and NPD moments in store.
  • Working with the commercial team to shape the P&L of the region, driving retail performance, availability, and investment choices to deliver the best possible return on investment.
Team Development

The Field Sales & Training Manager will be responsible for building high-performing teams to achieve retail and service expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and recruiting industry-leading talent, working collaboratively with Recruitment, Store Leadership, and talent pooling to minimize time to hire.
  • Setting clear and consistent direction, reflecting business-wide priorities and local requirements, and following up to ensure delivery against expectations.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver and exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining a regular skill scan of the team, identifying high potential and performance challenges, and implementing development and improvement plans as appropriate.
Service Excellence

The Field Sales & Training Manager will be responsible for maintaining service excellence across unstaffed distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and leading the service strategy across the area, championing customer needs and expectations, and setting and coaching to exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Running inspirational events and masterclasses to build Charlotte Tilbury brand awareness and gain engagement from retailer-owned staff.
  • Leading the effective and inspirational delivery of defined training material, including new starter training, operational business management, and all new launch NPD trainings.
