Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Pointsharp GmbH (vormals Cryptshare AG). As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation marketing programs to support our regional pipeline and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for the DACH region that integrate sales and marketing requirements
  • Collaborate with regional partners to develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans
  • Design and execute demand generation marketing programs, including events, webinars, and email marketing campaigns
  • Forecast and measure the impact of marketing plans on sales cycles, analyzing program results and optimizing as needed
  • Own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs
  • Maintain ongoing communications with regional sales leaders, sales reps, and partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance marketing department
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
  • German native speaker and fluent in English
