Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our DACH sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the SaaS/HR platform space.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Managing relationships with existing clients to increase revenue growth
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS/HR platform industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
