Neurovascular Sales Representative

About the Role:

As a Neurovascular Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Neurovascular product portfolio in the Swedish territory. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the company's mission of making healthcare better.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and conduct product trainings to learn about the NV product portfolio
  2. Build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs
  3. Implement strategies in the sales process, prospect new customers/users for Stryker NV products, conduct negotiations, and maintain an ongoing knowledge of market trends
  4. Advise, train, and act as a real partner for physicians, lab, and medical staff
  5. Liaise with different departments to secure sales revenue
  6. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact
Requirements:
  1. Sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices
  2. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
  3. Diploma/degree in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc.
  4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed
  5. Excellent communication skills and team spirit
