Neurovascular Sales Representative
About the Role:As a Neurovascular Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Neurovascular product portfolio in the Swedish territory. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the company's mission of making healthcare better.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and conduct product trainings to learn about the NV product portfolio
- Build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs
- Implement strategies in the sales process, prospect new customers/users for Stryker NV products, conduct negotiations, and maintain an ongoing knowledge of market trends
- Advise, train, and act as a real partner for physicians, lab, and medical staff
- Liaise with different departments to secure sales revenue
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact
- Sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Diploma/degree in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
