Sales Development Representative

Sherpany, the Swiss market leader for meeting management software, is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join its international team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and introducing them to our innovative meeting management solution.
Your Mission:
- Identify and engage with decision-makers at European companies to discuss the benefits of Sherpany's meeting management software.
- Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up meetings between sales executives and qualified leads.
- Maintain data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, such as trade fairs.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and a similar Sales role.
- 'Fearless' when convincing people over the phone.
- Fluent Swedish and good English communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills for sales or small talk.
- Positive mindset and resilient attitude.
- Result-driven and independent with excellent organisational skills.
