We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our DACH sales team at Teamtailor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the German-speaking market.
About the Role- Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota, responsible for the whole sales cycle from Prospecting to booking and conducting meetings, negotiation to closing.
- Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell the market's leading employer branding and recruitment platform, develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and receive continuous training and support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:- To generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and using other social networks such as LinkedIn.
- To work autonomously and collaboratively as part of our existing DACH sales team, consisting of 4 superstars: Mahabat, Julia, Svenja, and Tobias.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000 per year, plus a generous commission model with no caps that reward people who are motivated and perform well. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including paid holidays, the chance to attend our yearly 3-day company trip, heaps of team events, and more.
