Sales Professional

As a Sales Professional at Calabrio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with existing and new customers in the Nordic region. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of B2B direct sales experience in software and/or services industry.
- Direct sales experience in WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 40% in the Nordic region.
