About the Role
Workday is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Field Sales organization in Sweden. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and expanding our presence in the medium enterprise segment.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to develop strategies, prioritize opportunities, and close deals. You will work closely with our pre-sales and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Run complex sales cycles, negotiating deals with C-level executives and driving the sales process to closure.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
• Leverage your expertise to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
