Job Title: Head of Enterprise Sales - Nordics and Southern Europe

Epidemic Sound is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics and Southern Europe region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business through the establishment of new accounts and growing our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Nordics and Southern Europe region
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the media and entertainment industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in complex B2B sales and account management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments
