**About the Role**


We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Epidemic Sound. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Nordics, Eastern-, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.


**Responsibilities**



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage a team of Account Executives, Customer Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to ensure high adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform your sales strategy and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive business results.

**Requirements**


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 7+ years of managerial experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • 10+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in the media industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A deep understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools.
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their goals, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
