Enterprise Sales Professional

The Sales Account Executive plays a vital role in driving enterprise-wide sales initiatives, focusing on strategic account planning, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. With a strong background in sales, this role requires a proven track record of success in meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals, while maintaining a deep understanding of the customer's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets through effective solution-selling methodologies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with internal teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business, leveraging the compelling return on investment offered by Tungsten Automation's solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles, navigating complex sales environments with confidence and expertise.
- Articulate the value of Tungsten Automation's solutions to VP and C-level audiences, aligning with the prospect's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions, including Cloud and SaaS solutions, to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts across various industries.
- Proven track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior Enterprise Sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to position and sell solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives, recognizing underlying operational objectives and requirements.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with a strong intellectual ability to navigate complex sales environments.
