Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Nordic Sales Team. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, working closely with customers to help them choose the perfect EF language program. You'll be responsible for inspiring, motivating, and guiding customers through their journey with EF, while also developing your skills in sales efficiency and top-notch customer service.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of approximately 45,000-60,000 SEK per month, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including access to a free on-site gym, discounts at local gyms, cafes, shops, and more. Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Sales experience or a burning interest in learning how to excel in proactive sales.
- Natural leadership skills and a competitive edge.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/travel.
