Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in life science and technology, seeks an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Biotech Segment.

Key Responsibilities- Perform sales calls to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand business and drive revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure effective management of the sales territory.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science or Business preferred).
- Demonstrable sales experience in a life science setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to learn new digital tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive starting salary: €70,000 per annum (based on industry standards and location).
