About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in the UK. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding sales results.
Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities in the UK market through prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of key clients, implementing strategic growth initiatives to drive sales and revenue.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage industry trends, market insights, and best practices to drive sales success.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently demonstrating a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
