Drive Growth as a German Business Development Specialist

At Teamtailor, we are an Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform that empowers businesses to build their future. Our platform is used by over 9,500+ clients, with 150+ new customers joining us every month, and a user base of 200K+ across 90+ countries.

We are seeking a talented German Business Development Specialist to join our DACH sales team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new sales and business to meet your monthly quota, leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to booking and conducting meetings, negotiation to closing. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
  • Developing and maintaining product and industry knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to co-develop the Go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets
