About the Role
As a Sales Specialist for the German market, you will play a crucial part in expanding Teamtailor's presence in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new sales and business opportunities to meet your monthly quota. This will involve the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and business opportunities

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge
