German Account Executive

As an Account Executive for the German market, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth for Teamtailor, a leading Employer Branding and Recruitment platform. Our platform serves over 9,500 clients, with 150 new customers joining each month, and a user base of over 200,000 in over 90 countries worldwide.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly quotas, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously developing product and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales and business opportunities to meet monthly quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Utilize cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge
- Contribute to the development of the Go-to-market strategy for the German market
