Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with OEM clients.
Your Mission- Immerse yourself in our industry to understand customer language and needs.
- Work collaboratively with our Business Development, Customer Success Department, and Leadership team to develop sales strategies and meet sales goals.
- Walk customers through the sales process, answer questions, and demonstrate how our software can fulfill their industry needs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our software to prospective buyers.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Compile and analyze data to find trends.
- Maintain and update an accurate database of contact information.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- 4+ years proven sales experience as a Senior Account Executive in a B2B SaaS context.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency.
- Familiar with the OEM landscape in the Nordics.
- Manufacturing and aftermarket knowledge, a big plus.
- Enthusiastic and passionate personality, commitment to grow with the company, and fully embrace the start-up mentality.
- Self-driven and proactive, persuasive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy with an independent workstyle.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Business-oriented mentality.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Native in one of the Nordic languages and proficient in Business English.
