Who You Will Collaborate With

As a vital member of the Arista Sales team, you represent Arista to our clients, acting as their internal advocate for the challenges they face. In this capacity, you will align Arista's technical capabilities to help achieve your client's business objectives. You will work alongside some of the most talented Customer Engineers in the industry, as well as Professional Services and our Executive teams, to facilitate the execution of solutions on behalf of your clients. Our sales culture emphasizes teamwork and success, where you will collaborate with and receive support from fellow sales professionals. This position typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.


Your Responsibilities

Arista Networks is at the forefront of delivering software-driven Cloud Networking solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Named Account Manager to enhance our expanding Sales organization. In this role, you will employ a consultative sales methodology to foster client relationships with enterprise named accounts, as well as develop new opportunities. You should possess extensive experience working with large enterprises and global organizations with a presence in the Swedish markets.

Your primary focus will be to secure and expand both new and existing business across a designated portfolio of accounts. Relevant experience may come from various sectors, including Transportation, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Surpass measurable sales targets and promote the Arista brand within 5-6 named enterprise accounts while also pursuing new logo accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs related to hybrid cloud computing and outdated IT systems across the Arista product suite, which includes software-driven Cloud Networking solutions, CloudEOS (OpenSource Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, Wi-Fi networking, and CloudVision (Network Automation & Telemetry) and Monitoring Fabric solutions (Big Switch).
  • Engage with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to articulate Arista's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Arista systems engineers to design and present compelling solutions that reduce the total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology collaborators to identify prospects and showcase best-in-class solutions.
  • Establish and nurture essential channel relationships within your territory.
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans based on regular business reviews with your prospects and clients.
  • Conduct demand generation initiatives such as networking events, educational sessions, and technology forums.
  • Work with Arista colleagues on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Stay informed about technology partner solutions, competitive offerings, and industry strategies.
